- Jail time no more than 1 year
- Fine no more than $2,500
Class 2 misdemeanor, either or both:
- Jail time no more than 6 months
- Fine no more than $1,000
Class 3 misdemeanor, - Fine no more than $500
Class 4 misdemeanor, - Fine no more than $250
